Delete your Playtribe account
You can permanently delete your account and all data associated with it at any time. Here's how.
In the app (fastest)
Open Playtribe and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
By request
If you can no longer access the app, send us a deletion request from the email address linked to your account via the contact page. We will verify it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account: your profile and photos, events you created, your participations, chat and direct messages, ratings, reliability history and notification tokens. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We do not retain personal data after deletion, except where the law requires us to keep specific records.
